Blaine Kelley is Senior Vice President of CBRE's Global Supply Chain Practice in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as a member of CBRE’s E-Commerce Group. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Kelley has consulted leading global companies, representing shippers, manufacturers and logistics companies in their real estate strategy and implementation. He applies an integrated business approach that combines site selection, consulting with exceptional market savvy and insight. Mr. Kelley is adept at creating financial savings for his clients with proven results in domestic and global markets.

Mr. Kelley has expertise in all aspects of corporate real estate, lease negotiation and restructuring, strategic planning, port expertise, build-to-suit oversight and site selection consulting. Mr. Kelley utilizes strategic supply chain understanding with aggressive, impactful real estate strategy and execution to deliver superior results for his clients.

Over the years, he has become recognized as an Industry leader and one of Atlanta’s most successful industrial brokers, completing leasing and sales transactions of more than 20 million square feet in the past five years. The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors consistently has recognized Mr. Kelley as one of the city’s Top Industrial Producers. He was appointed to the Atlanta Logistics Innovation Council in recognition of his considerable expertise in this area.

Prior to joining CBRE, he served as a Senior Project Manager for the Georgia Department of Industry and Trade, the state’s economic development office. Additionally, Mr. Kelley served as an infantry platoon leader in the U.S. Army Reserve, achieving the rank of First Lieutenant.

Mr. Kelley's value-add approach capitalizes on his unique combination of industrial real estate expertise, economic development experience and unmatched market knowledge. During his career, Mr. Kelley has completed leasing and sales transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $400 million. Mr. Kelley has provided insights into market trends for several local and national business publications and speaks regularly at Supply Chain Conferences, Universities and industry events across the country.

Darren Ross is a Senior Vice President of Colliers International in Atlanta. Darren draws on the breadth of his experience to partner with national, regional and local clients to maximize the value of their real estate through identification, evaluation and negotiation of lease and purchase opportunities.

He is consistently recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in Metro Atlanta. Over his career, Darren has completed over 500 transactions, with a total consideration in excess of $500M.

Darren also serves as the Director of the Atlanta Industrial Services Group (ISG). In this role, Darren is responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary team; the integration of client services; and the aggregation of the proprietary market data for the benefit of ISG clients. Today the ISG is a nationally recognized practice group within Colliers that is widely known as the strongest industrial brokerage firm in the United States.

Mr. Doug Smith serves as Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc. Senior Vice President of Leasing, overseeing the company's third-party leasing and management efforts in Atlanta, Georgia. His leadership for the past 15 years has helped Seefried become one of the leading real estate services company in Atlanta.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Smith served as a Senior Leasing Associate for M.D. Hodges Company, one of Atlanta's oldest and largest industrial real estate owners. Before that he was a Vice President for Jamison Research, the predecessor to CoStar in Atlanta.

Active in his community, Mr. Smith is a currently serving as President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Piedmont Healthcare Foundation Board. He is a graduate of the Furman University.

David Staley

David joined The Conlan Company in March 1992 to head-up the Interiors Group. Under his leadership, Conlan Interiors Group is currently recognized as one of the top ten interiors contractors in the greater Atlanta area as ranked by annual volume.

David is located in the Atlanta Corporate office and focuses on overall Conlan interiors management, pre-construction and business development. His extensive experience with developing partnerships, building positive rapport with all team members, cost control and safety, makes him more effective in managing the people who manage each job.

The Interiors Group has completed over 61.4 Million SF of Interior Projects totaling $827 Million in Contract Value. These projects include Class A offices, call/data centers, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, manufacturing facilities, churches/schools and light industrial office/warehouses.
