As Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Cousins Properties, Colin is responsible for the Company's new investments, dispositions and asset management.
Colin joined Cousins in September 2011 after seven years with Morgan Stanley. As an Executive Director, Colin’s role included sourcing and executing real estate investments across all property types. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Colin worked in the Investments Group at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation where he worked on the acquisition and disposition of office properties.

Vice Chair, Multi Housing Advisors
Josh Goldfarb joined the Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group in 2016 when C&W acquired Multi Housing Advisors (MHA). Along with partner Marc Robinson, they co-founded MHA in 2002 and developed the practice into a strong regional brokerage firm with over $6 Billion in sales volume, representing more than 140,000 units and 850 transactions. As a Vice Chair, Josh serves as national spokesperson for C&W’s apartment brokerage practices, jointly leading the growth platform with Marc Robinson. He also continues to service his multifamily clients throughout the metro Atlanta region and within the Professional Equity product type. Prior to his brokerage career, Josh worked as an acquisitions manager for United Dominion Realty Trust (NYSE:UDRT), an apartment REIT, acquiring apartment assets in markets throughout the Southeast.

Andrew Knox serves as a member of the client relations team with primary responsibilities for capital raising and new business development. Mr. Knox has nine years of real estate industry experience in acquisitions and client development. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he served as an Acquisitions Associate for Preferred Real Estate Funds, LLC, where he led acquisitions efforts and established partnerships and joint venture opportunities throughout the Southeastern United States. Additionally, from 2008 to 2011, Mr. Knox evaluated over $950 million in acquisitions and recapitalizations throughout the Southeast. Formerly, he served as Brokerage Associate for Ackerman and Co. Mr. Knox holds a B.A. in Communication from Wake Forest University.
Senior Vice President, Principal
Investment Sales: Dennis' sole focus is Industrial Investment Sales and single tenant sale lease backs in the greater Southeastern United States. Dennis has achieved membership in the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club every year since entering the investment sales business in 2000. Dennis is a member of Colliers Investment Services Group (CISG), an affiliation of the top investment sales professionals at Colliers, averaging billions in sales annually. He is also on the board of the Georgia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a CCIM.
Capital Markets: Dennis' first 15 years in the commercial real estate business focused on commercial loan brokerage. Today he works closely with his partners in Colliers' Capital Markets Group to provide clients with insight on capital activity. Colliers Capital Markets Group in Atlanta produces and services loans for 16 exclusive correspondent lenders. They are a member of Strategic Alliance Mortgage (SAM), an affiliation of 48 of the nations top capital markets firms.
Equity Placement: Dennis has raised investment equity for various partnerships and assisted clients and their legal advisors in creating and presenting Private Placement Memorandums.
Senior Vice President
Jay O'Meara is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Atlanta Office Institutional Properties Group. Mr. O'Meara is responsible for marketing the team's assignments, serving as the point of contact for many of the group's key relationships, strategy and positioning of offerings, contract negotiations, and oversight of the financial underwriting process.
O'Meara is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with extensive capital markets experience at prominent international service firms. During his tenure with CBRE, the team has represented clients on over 80 million square feet and $13 billion of office sales, or recapitalizations. O'Meara has also served as a guest speaker or lecturer for Emory University, the University of Georgia, Morehouse College, NAIOP, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
In 2004, Mr. O'Meara's was awarded CBRE's "McAdams' Cup," the firm's award for the top-producing, first-year broker in North America. He also has been recognized by CBRE as a top 200 producer worldwide, by the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® as one of the city's top 10 real estate professionals, and the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the city's "Top 40 under 40".
Before joining the Office Institutional Properties Group, Mr. O’Meara was the Director of CBRE's Financial Consulting Group in the Southeast, a team that provides financial and analytical consulting to brokerage teams and clients. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a Senior Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield's Structured Finance and Investment Sales groups. He began his real estate career as a Senior Auditor with a regional CPA firm, specializing in real estate consultation and banking.

Nancy Zingale joined KW Commercial Atlanta Perimeter last year after her first career in Marketing and Publishing. Nancy graduated from Sacramento State University California, graduating with BA and BS. Her real estate background includes being a licensed Appraiser in the State of California and a Certification in Green Building. Her principle focuses are in Industrial and investments in town.
