Election Update

Local

April 18th has come and gone with all eyes on Georgia’s elections. The nation was focused on the outcome of Georgia’s 6th Congressional District seat vacated by Tom Price (Johnny Isakson’s former seat), but several local elections quietly took place.

Below are the results from last Tuesday’s elections:

Congressional District 6:

Jon Ossoff* - 48% | Karen Handel* - 23% | Bob Gray - 11%
Dan Moody - 9% | Judson Hill - 9% | Kurt Wilson - 1%
David Abroms 1% | (11 additional candidates polled >1%)

Christine Triebsch* - 24% | Kay Kirkpatrick* - 21% | Roy Daniels - 15%
Gus Makris - 10% | Matt Campbell - 10% | Bob Wiskind - 9%
Exton Howard - 7% | Hamilton Beck - 4%

Chris Couglin - 64% | John Flores - 36%
