Our ACBR and ARA July Town Hall focused on one of the most important issues facing metro Atlanta families and neighborhoods—school closures and redistricting. Attendees heard directly from members of both the DeKalb County Board of Education and the Fulton County Board of Education, who discussed the challenges their districts face, the factors driving enrollment changes, and the processes used to evaluate school attendance boundaries and potential school closures.
The conversation highlighted how school district decisions can influence neighborhoods, housing demand, and community planning. REALTORS® had the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and gain valuable insight into issues that affect both current and future homeowners.
