2024 MILLION DOLLAR CLUB

CONGRATULATIONS!

On Thursday, March 21st, the 66th Million Dollar Club Banquet took place at The Foundry at Puritan Mill to honor the 527 Members of the 2024 Million Dollar Club. This year's Club produced over $19+ Billion in commercial real estate transactions. The Board was proud to honor all of our amazing members and award winners for their outstanding achievements! The high energy and the positive atmosphere in the room were truly inspiring on such a celebratory evening.

Special congratulations to our 2024 Alvin B. Cates Award recipient - Bryant Cornett, President of Dudley Thomas Spade SRE, LLC - for his successful project entitled "Revitalizing Healthcare Real Estate".

Above all, it was an evening that celebrated some amazing milestones, a tremendous year of achievements - and, above all, the spirited camaraderie and outstanding character that makes the ACBR the place we belong.

We would like to thank Amy Fingerhut, the 2024 MDC Chairman, Corey Ferguson, Vice-Chair, and the entire MDC Committee for all of their hard work.
