Tom Crumpton

Tom Crumpton

Commercial Experts Inc
CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Manager

I accomplish what is perceived as Impossible, and take great pride in it.

For over 20 years I have helped Private Business Owners in multiple states sell their businesses. This is done without signs, any obvious advertising, and totally behind the scenes keeping in mind the confidentiality of the sale is the most important aspect of the sale, for both the present owner and the new owner.

The great recession caused the Mergers & Acquisition Industry to almost halt, so I adjusted to selling Investment Grade Commercial Real Estate in addition to the Privately Held Businesses. I have been a Million Dollar Club member multiple times, and have now earned my CCIM designation (which is a HUGE deal, really, Google it up. Only 10% of all Commercial Brokers are able to attain this accomplishment!).

If you have questions regarding commercial real estate or privately held businesses in the Southeast, please contact us.
