2026 Membership Renewal
ACBR's Membership Renewal Deadline is January 1st
Renewal and Membership Type is determined by Principal Brokers and Designated REALTORS®. Maintain your membership with the nation's premier commercial real estate association!

As we approach the end of each membership year, we review the membership renewal process to ensure it is as smooth and efficient as possible. Your feedback is appreciated. Please remember that your annual membership renewal is due by January 1st each year.
Renewal Information
- Members will be notified via email with detailed renewal options and deadlines.
- In October, Managing Principals and Designated REALTORS® are notified of the two membership category options for their 2026 renewal. Principals must choose the membership category for themselves and their office no later than October 31st.
- At the start of November, all other licensees in the office will be billed according to the Principal's selected membership category.
RPAC
We encourage you to make your Fair Share Investment in RPAC when renewing your ACBR REALTOR® membership.
Renew Online Now
You may now view and pay your invoice online . If you do not know your username or password, you may request for it to be emailed to you from the login screen. After logging in, a copy of your invoice can be found by clicking on the "My Orders" tab.
You may also mail your renewal to 5784 Lake Forrest Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328, and make checks payable to the ACBR or, if you are a REALTOR®, to Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. Please include a copy of your invoice.

Tax Deduction Information
GAR Deduction Notice: A portion of dues used for lobbying activities at the state level is not deductible for income tax purposes.
For 2026, GAR has estimated $10.20 (8.32%) of dues as nondeductible.
NAR Deduction Notice: A portion of dues used for lobbying activities at the federal level is not deductible for income tax purposes.
For 2026, NAR has estimated $55.00 (35%) of dues as nondeductible. The $45.00 Consumer Advertising Campaign Assessment is fully deductible.
