How do I become a Member?
The Atlanta Commercial Board has 3 different memberships:
- REALTOR® - a person holding an active real estate or appraisal license);
- REALTOR® Emeritus - 40+ years of REALTOR® membership; and,
- Affiliate - a non-licensed individual.

To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees.
Additionally, you must attend a New Member Orientation and complete a Code of Ethics class within 6 months of joining the Board.
How do I complete an Application?
You have 2 ways to submit your application:
- Online - Please use the online application link to the right to apply for membership.
- Mail - Download the appropriate application and mail to:

When mailing the application, don't forget to include payment information and your signature. The application cannot be processed without this information. Once you receive a welcome email, you will then be able to register online for an upcoming orientation session using the username indicated.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES & FEES
In order to join the Association, you will need to pay the prorated amount of your membership fees and an application fee. ACBR's, GAR's and NAR's fiscal cycles run January 1 - December 31.
New REALTOR® members will pay a $60 application fee in addition to the annual fee listed below.
REALTOR® Member

A REALTOR® is defined as an individual who holds an active real estate or appraiser's license.
REALTORS® also hold membership with the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

An Affiliate is an individual who does not hold an active real estate license, but has interests in the real estate profession.
