Kay Younglove is a thirty year veteran of the Atlanta commercial real estate industry, having successfully leased some of the city's most high profile office buildings, including One Atlantic Center, Regions Plaza and Three Ravinia Drive. She joined JLL in 2010, where she's been responsible for repositioning, marketing and leasing a 3.5 million-square-foot portfolio of urban and suburban assets, creating significant value for clients such as GE Capital, Wells Real Estate Funds, Oaktree Capital, Behringer Harvard, Hudson Advisors, TIER REIT, Banyan Street Capital, Investcorp, Crocker Partners, and Voya.

Prior to JLL, Younglove was VP of Colonial Properties Trust, and its predecessor, CRT Properties, where she was responsible for leasing a 1.7 million-square-foot, Class A office portfolio which included Regions Plaza, The Peachtree in Midtown, Three Ravinia Drive and 1455 Lincoln Parkway in Central Perimeter and The Park at Windward Concourse in North Fulton. She also oversaw marketing for a 3 million-square-foot portfolio, while increasing occupancy of the 805,000-square-foot, Three Ravinia from 49 percent to 95 percent. In 2007, Younglove closed 536,880 square feet of transactions, valued at $123 million and was named by NAIOP as The Top Producer for office leasing in the city.

Younglove previously served as SVP of Prentiss Properties, in charge of leasing and management in Atlanta. She was responsible for leasing One Atlantic Center, the 50-story Midtown landmark for owner Sumitomo Life Realty (NY), Inc, along with numerous other urban and suburban assets including 1117 Perimeter Center West.

In 2000, she closed over $90 million in transactions and was named for the fourth time in ten years as a top five producer for office leasing in Atlanta. Prior to Prentiss, Younglove leased Peachtree Center, the six-tower, 2.3 million-square-foot, multi-use complex in downtown Atlanta for five years. During the first eight years of her career, she leased suburban assets for Metro Atlanta Properties, oversaw leasing and management and personally closed an average of 52 leases per year.

Younglove is Vice Chair of the Board of Dekalb Perimeter Community Improvement District, and a past president, charter member and Hall of Fame inductee of CREW Atlanta, where she serves on the Past President's Advisory Council. Younglove is a licensed broker in Georgia and a graduate of Georgia State University. She has served on the Board of Midtown Alliance, Buckhead Christian Ministry and as Trustee of the Realtors Political Action Committee. She is an active member of NAIOP and a frequent speaker at industry events.

Amy Fingerhut is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Her duties include project leasing and tenant representation with a specialty in street retail, restaurant site selection and the backfill of existing restaurant spaces.

Ms. Fingerhut is responsible for the marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of new and existing developments ranging from mixed-use in-town developments, high street retail and specialty centers. She also represents several national, regional and local tenants in site selection and expansion in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Fingerhut was a leasing representative with Colliers International where she gained experience in successfully leasing all types of retail developments from ground-up, grocery-anchored centers to unanchored strip centers. Ms. Fingerhut has worked closely with landlords throughout all phases of the retail development lifecycle from inception to completion, including building design, proforma analysis, tenant mix, market analysis and lease negotiations. Ms. Fingerhut also gained experience as a leasing representative for Pellerin & Salomon Real Estate Services, a shopping center development company.

Before starting on the brokerage side, Ms. Fingerhut spent five years with Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Property Tax Consultant, appealing commercial real estate values all over the Southeast in order to reduce the tax liability for the owners.

Sean Moynihan joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as the executive vice president, market leader in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia, office. Mr. Moynihan is responsible for providing strategic direction to the Atlanta office, working collaboratively with the company’s professionals and the global leadership team to create value for the company’s clients and drive sustained growth for Newmark. Mr. Moynihan manages revenue growth, profitability, client relations, top industry recruitment and business development for the Atlanta office. Prior to returning to Newmark, Mr. Moynihan served for six years as a principal at Avison Young, where he focused primarily as a tenant advisor, assisting companies with the strategic, operational and cultural impact of their real estate. Over his career, Mr. Moynihan has represented a diverse range of companies, from established North American corporations to professional service firms. His expertise includes lease accounting, brokerage, project management and financial analysis.

Brenda's expertise and talent as a member of Georgia Power’s business recruitment team speak for themselves through the 160+ companies she's helped locate in Georgia, resulting in more than 45,000 jobs created and $8 billion in capital investment. Brenda personally assists site selectors and companies by identifying best-fit communities and sites, providing market information and engineering assistance, acting as liaison with business leaders and state agencies, and facilitating field visits. Brenda has contributed to a number of Georgia’s most notable economic development successes including headquarters relocations by Mercedes Benz USA, NCR, thyssenkrupp Elevators, and Norfolk Southern; innovation and information technology hubs established by Anthem, BlackRock, General Motors ; and data center locations by QTS, Google, Zayo and facebook.

She is an Affiliate Director of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and in 2014 was named their Affiliate of the Year. Brenda's success earned her a spot among Consultant Connect’s Top 50 Economic Developers in the nation in 2015, 2016, and 2018. She is also a member of the Georgia Economic Development Association.

Brenda graduated from Auburn University with a business administration degree in marketing, and completed her Master of Business Administration at Georgia State University.

Passionate about animals, Brenda is a long-time volunteer for pet rescue organizations. She also enjoys traveling, reading contemporary fiction, and gardening at her home in Sandy Springs with her rescue dog CoCo.

Dexter oversees the day-to-day operations at T. Dallas Smith & Company including all internal controls and regulatory compliance.

During his 30+ plus year career, Dexter has served in a variety of management and investing roles with top-tier companies such as Equitable Real Estate, Lend Lease, and with Morgan Stanley as an executive director and portfolio manager. He is a trusted advisor, strategically supporting major institutional real estate owners in achieving investment objectives in major markets across the country exceeding $8 billion in value. Dexter’s expertise includes urban and suburban office buildings; regional malls, power, lifestyle and neighborhood retail centers; multifamily communities; industrial warehouses/fulfillment centers; luxury resort hotels, and senior housing communities. Dexter is civically active with notable organizations including the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, CoreNet Global, Empire Board of Realtists Commercial Real Estate Council and the Atlanta Business League. Dexter is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate.
