How do I become a Member?
The Atlanta Commercial Board has 3 different memberships:
- REALTOR® - a person holding an active real estate or appraisal license);
- REALTOR® Emeritus - 40+ years of REALTOR® membership; and,
- Affiliate - a non-licensed individual.

To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, you must attend a New Member Orientation and complete a Code of Ethics class within 6 months of joining the Board.
How do I complete an Application?
You have 2 ways to submit your application:

When mailing the application, don't forget to include payment information and your signature. The application cannot be processed without this information. Once you receive a welcome email, you will then be able to register online for an upcoming orientation session using the username indicated.
