All new members must attend a three hour in-class Orientation session within (6) months of submitting your application to the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. This session is offered every other month (even months) at the Atlanta REALTORS® Center and will provide you with 3 hours of Continuing Education credit. Membership dues must be paid and Orientation must be completed prior to acceptance into the Million Dollar Club.
Please note that you must submit your application and dues payment to the board before you may register for the Orientation session. Once your application has been processed by the Board staff, you will be sent a welcome notice via email. Please note that you are unable to register until you receive your welcome notice.

Already a REALTOR®?
If you are currently a member of another REALTOR® Association or have held membership in the past with the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and you have already completed your new member training requirements, then you would not be required to complete this training again.
You must submit proof of your New Member Code of Ethics and Orientation completion from your previous or current REALTOR® association in order to bypass attendance at either of these training sessions.
