Members of the Million Dollar Club exemplify the highest caliber of real estate professionalism and service. The Club honors those REALTORS® who have produced real estate volume production of $5M or more in commercial sales and leasing activity in 2023 for the 2024 MDC.

Congratulations 2025 Million Dollar Club

On Thursday, March 20th, the 67th Annual Million Dollar Club Banquet was held at the Coca-Cola Roxy, honoring the exceptional Members of the 2025 Million Dollar Club. This year’s Club collectively produced over $20 billion in commercial real estate transactions — a remarkable milestone!

The Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® was proud to recognize all of our incredible members and award winners for their outstanding achievements. The energy in the room was electric, filled with celebration, inspiration, and genuine camaraderie.

It was a night to remember — one that celebrated a tremendous year of success, individual milestones, and the shared spirit that makes ACBR such a special community.
