About Event

The Pickens County Board of REALTORS® invites members to its 2026 Pickens Economic Forum, bringing REALTORS® face-to-face with local leaders for an important conversation about the issues shaping Pickens County’s future.

With rapid population growth, major infrastructure investments, housing challenges, upcoming tax decisions, and transportation projects on the horizon, the decisions being made today will directly affect property owners, housing availability, development, and the local real estate market.

The moderated discussion will explore water and infrastructure, housing and seniors, growth and property rights, taxes and SPLOST, transportation, and economic development, followed by an opportunity for REALTOR® members to ask questions directly.
