Dues may be refunded within 30 days of receipt during first quarter of the fiscal year – January 1 – March 31. After March 31, no dues refunds will be made regardless of the date payment was received. 

Dues may be refunded within 30 days of the date of application. Dues will be refunded based on a proration of Local, State and National dues for the current month. No refunds for State and National dues shall be made if the money has already been transferred to the respective organization. The Application Fee is non refundable.
