Rookie of the Year Award
About the Award
Established in 1999, the L. Frederick Glass Jr. Rookie of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding Young Council member who achieves the highest production volume among eligible Young Council Million Dollar Club members.
To qualify, a recipient must hold an active real estate license, have been in the brokerage business for fewer than three years, and maintain active membership with both the Atlanta Commercial Board and the Young Council. Previous recipients are not eligible to receive the award again.
The award is named in memory of L. Frederick “Fred” Glass Jr., a respected industry veteran, leader, and Silver Phoenix recipient. Fred served as a mentor and inspiration to many young commercial real estate professionals and was known as a consummate broker with an unwavering commitment to production and professional excellence.
The Atlanta Commercial Board is proud to honor Fred Glass’s lasting legacy and recognize the exceptional emerging professionals who have earned the L. Frederick Glass Jr. Rookie of the Year Award.
